The Investors in People Profile is a dynamic, structured and stretching programme of performance improvement, designed to provide participating organisations with a competitive edge in their respective marketplace.

It uses the Investors in People Standard as a foundation, but embraces a broader level of people management issues not contained in the Standard, and enables organisations to discover how well they match up to the Standard and other recognised organisations.

• An accurate measure of how well the system is working
• Challenging suggestions as to how an organisation can continue to develop
• Clear advice on areas for improvement
