The new Lexcel Standard, launched in autumn 2007, provides legal practices and departments with a framework of best practice principles for managing their practice. Lexcel helps practitioners comply with the new Solicitors’ Code of Conduct 2007 – in particular Rule 5 – management of risk - and other regulations.
