 How the Equality Act 2010 will affect your business 

As a Supplier the Equality Act 2010 and the attendant Codes of Practice will affect you and your business.  The Act is scheduled to come into force in Autumn 2010.

 

The Equality Act measures include introducing a new public sector duty to consider reducing socio-economic equalities, putting a new Equality Duty on public bodies and using public procurement to improve equality. 

 

Act now to ensure that your organisation is compliant and make it easy for Public Sector bodies to work with.

When cancellations are received 10 working days or more prior to the course date, a 50%cancellation fee will be charged.If a booking is cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the start of the course, the full course fee must be paid.If the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee must be paid.
