Objectives of the workshop:

At the end of the workshop delegates will:

·  Appreciate the ethos behind Investors in People and what the standard aims to achieve

· Have a better understanding of the requirements of organisations working towards Investors in People recognition. 

· Have identified  how your organisation is currently performing against the mandatory elements of the Investors in People framework

Available to organisations new to Investors in People only.  This is not a refresher course. 

This workshop is aimed at Senior Managers who wish to consider commitment to working towards IIP Assessment. The workshop provides a better understanding of the framework, highlights the key benefits and provides guidance on how to embed its principles in your organisation for sustainable benefits. 

THERE WILL BE A FEE FOR NON ATTENDANCE OF £25 PP.  BY ACCEPTING THE TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THIS CHARGE IN THE EVENT THAT YOU CANCEL AT ANY POINT.

Workshop maybe cancelled in the event minimum numbers are not achieved.
