Designed for the Construction industry or organisations who are part of the Construction supplier chain.  Other industries maybe eligible for funding. 

***£250 +VAT for all 7 workshops per client company for eligible clients***

 By attending the full set of workshops each client should have in place:

·         a documented Environmental Management System for their business ready for internal audit

·         some records and measures to demonstrate that the System has been implemented in practice

·         trained internal auditors and an internal audit schedule

·         a plan for management review 

The first workshop will include an introduction to the Standard and steps involved in implementing an Environmental Management System together with some guidance to UKAS and the assessment process. The workshops will then be practical in nature with delegates working on developing their own Environmental Management System with guidance from the consultant. 

 N.B There will be follow up work required by delegates between workshops and completion of this before the next workshop will be essential. In order to successfully achieve all the programme objectives every workshop should be attended.
