About the Event
The first two sessions of the day will give you an understanding of:
  • The background and development of the Investors in People Standard and what it is all about
  • Key revisions to the Standard
  • The extended Framework
  • The potential benefits to your organisation through working with the Standard and the Framework
 After the final two sessions of the day, you should have an understanding of:
  • The Assessment and post-recognition Review process and what Assessors look for as evidence
  • Which elements of the Framework could be most appropriate for your organisation to be assessed against to ensure you gain feedback on the wider business issues that matter most to you.
  • The Review options available to you for maintaining your recognition as an Investor in People organisation.
 You will also have begun to identify specific objectives to ensure the Assessment/Review process adds maximum value to your organisation and you will have been able to share good practice and had an opportunity to network.

When cancellations are received 10 working days or more prior to the course date, a 50%cancellation fee will be charged.If a booking is cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the start of the course, the full course fee must be paid.If the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee must be paid.
