Objectives of workshop:

At the end of the workshop delegates should be able to:

*                Appreciate the ethos behind ISO 9001:2008 and what the Standard aims to achieve.

*                Understand the requirements of the Standard and how the clauses interact

*                Describe the attributes of an effective Quality Management System

*                Appreciate the benefits of implementing a Quality Management System 
Who Should Attend
 This workshop will provide delegates with an introduction and basic understanding of the Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2000 for those new to the Standard or those who wish to refresh their knowledge and skills. It would provide the ideal  grounding for our ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor workshop. This workshop is aimed at people who are involved in the implementation or management of ISO9001:2008 within their own organisation.

When cancellations are received 10 working days or more prior to the course date, a 50%cancellation fee will be charged.If a booking is cancelled less than 10 working days prior to the start of the course, the full course fee must be paid.If the delegate fails to attend, the full course fee must be paid.
