West Midlands Quality Centre continues to support organisations already working with Investors in People to ensure that maximum benefits are reaped from their accreditation.

Subsequent reviews must be completed every three years, and we help identify the most suitable review process for each organisation.

One route available is the Internal Review option, where any individual who makes a significant contribution to the aims and objectives of the organisation can be trained to gather evidence during an assessment under the control of the external assessor. As a result, we offer an accreditation programme to help prepare potential internal reviewers for their roles.
